Join a server and your game downloads what it needs, checks it and keeps it for next time. Scripts already work this way; maps and models are next.

ImprovedClient script downloads no longer pile up forever: the game now cleans its download cache, keeping what the current server needs and removing files unused for 30 days or beyond 2 GB.SDK & scripting
