UGC & Community Guidelines
What you may publish on GAMPEON, how we keep people safe, and who is responsible for which content.
Closed beta version. These rules apply during the closed beta and may still change before GAMPEON opens to everyone. We will tell you before important changes take effect.
These Guidelines supplement the Creator Platform Terms. They apply to games, worlds, assets, code, project pages, images, chat, profiles and other content made available through GAMPEON. A violation can lead to restriction or removal, with required reasons and remedies.
A. Create and publish only what you may lawfully use
Only upload work you made or are authorized to upload and distribute. Obtain permissions covering public hosting, embedded game use, downloads, edits, promotion and commercialization as relevant. Do not publish ripped game assets, leaked files, stolen source code, another creator's private project, unauthorized logos or protected music. Purchasing a game or 3D asset does not automatically give the right to redistribute its files. Include licenses and attribution when required.
B. Respect brands and identities
Do not suggest that a third-party brand, game studio, sports club, manufacturer or celebrity sponsors your experience without authorization. Lawful criticism, factual references, parody and other legally permitted uses are not automatically prohibited. Rights disputes are considered on their facts and applicable jurisdictions; the mere presence of a brand name does not itself establish infringement.
C. Keep people safe
No sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, doxxing, harassment campaigns, unlawful hateful material, terrorist recruitment or fraud. No attempts to trick users into disclosing passwords or payment details. Where experiences allow social interaction, developers must cooperate with safety reporting and restrictions. GAMPEON may impose stronger rules for experiences accessible by users aged 13–17.
D. Respect age restrictions
All users must be 13+. Explicit sexual content and real-money gambling services are not permitted in a general 13+ environment. Mature fictional violence and other sensitive themes may require classification, gating or removal depending on GAMPEON's actual supported moderation features and local law. Do not falsify age ratings or market age-restricted content to minors. No personalized advertising directed to minors where prohibited.
E. Safe scripts and downloads
Do not upload malware, remote-access backdoors, spyware, credential stealers, miners, exploit kits or code that accesses data or devices without authority. Disclose material permissions and integrations. Do not hide harmful functionality in game updates, plugins or dependency packages. Security testing of GAMPEON infrastructure requires explicit authorization.
F. Community integrity
No impersonation, fake reviews, engagement manipulation, abusive automated account creation, ban evasion, scams, unauthorized commercial solicitations or deceptive creator earnings promises. Project Owners should set project-specific expectations fairly and cooperate with moderation, but they are not automatically the authors of independent player uploads.
G. Who is responsible?
The person uploading a specific item is responsible for the rights and legality of that item. A Project Owner is responsible for their own content and conduct and must respond responsibly when notified of content they control. GAMPEON handles notices and actions according to its statutory obligations. No participant gets blanket legal immunity by pointing to another participant.
H. Reports and outcomes
Use Report on the content, the report form or abuse@gampeon.com. Include a URL/content ID, description and evidence; do not publish personal data in a public report. GAMPEON may restrict, remove or preserve relevant evidence as required. Decisions are not automatically made against the accused person merely because a complaint was filed. Affected users can contest decisions as described in the Terms and the Copyright, Trademark & Notice-and-Action Policy.
