Database and web requests

Familiar MySQL.* functions for MariaDB, MySQL and local database files, plus web requests from scripts with private addresses blocked.

In preview: Works today in the closed test and can still change.

On game servers, local database files work today. MariaDB and MySQL on game servers come next; in the headless test server they already work.

NewText chat in the game. Press T to chat with everyone on the server, `/commands` work there too.Engine
