Safety & Privacy for Users Aged 13–17
The short version of our rules and privacy information for teens.
Closed beta version. These rules apply during the closed beta and may still change before GAMPEON opens to everyone. We will tell you before important changes take effect.
A user-friendly companion to the full Terms and Privacy Policy.
GAMPEON is for people aged 13 and older. Some games, community features and paid functions may not be available at your age or in your country.
- Your creations remain yours. Only publish things you made or have permission to use. Just because you can download a logo, song or game model doesn't mean you may upload it.
- Think before you share. Public project names, artwork, posts and experiences may be seen by other people. Avoid sharing your real-life address, school, phone number or passwords.
- Be respectful. Harassment, threats, exploitation, scams and dangerous software are not allowed.
- Report problems. Use the Report buttons, the report form or email abuse@gampeon.com if you spot harmful or stolen content. You can report things even if they happened in another user's project.
- Your rights matter. We can remove content that breaks the law or rules, but we must follow applicable review processes. If your content is removed, you can seek a review where available.
- Parents and guardians. Some countries require their permission for particular data processing or contractual activities. GAMPEON may request age-appropriate verification and limit features for safety.
- Selling content. Direct payout programs are generally for adults aged 18 or older; a separate legally approved arrangement would be needed for minors.
