Creator Monetization & Payout Terms
How selling content for GAMPEONS and creator payouts will work once they are switched on. Not in effect yet: payments run in test mode only.
Not in effect yet. GAMPEONS purchases and creator payouts are not live, payments run in test mode only. These terms will apply once monetization is switched on and you join it.
These Terms apply only once GAMPEON expressly enables a creator payment or monetization product and a creator joins it. They supplement the Creator Platform Terms and do not mean any payment feature already exists.
1. Eligibility
Creators must be 18 or older to receive direct payouts, unless GAMPEON expressly approves a different legally compliant arrangement involving the proper guardian or business entity. GAMPEON may verify identity, age, bank details, tax status, sanctions/compliance information and payment eligibility. Unsupported regions and prohibited persons cannot participate. Buying GAMPEONS is currently limited to users aged 18 or older.
2. How selling works and rights to sell
GAMPEON is the seller of every item that is offered for GAMPEONS on the platform. Creators do not sell directly to players. When a creator offers an item, they license it to GAMPEON for sale on the platform and receive a license fee, which is credited as earned GAMPEONS after a holding period. Creators may offer access, licenses, digital assets, cosmetics or other permitted products only if the relevant feature is available and they hold all necessary rights. Uploaders are responsible for third-party asset license compliance, including restrictions on redistributing standalone marketplace assets. Brand names, logos, characters, licensed music and trademarks require a suitable legal basis. A creator must not market third-party content as their own.
3. Contracting party and fees
GAMPEONS are bought through GAMPEON's payment provider Xsolla, which acts as merchant of record for these purchases. Items on the platform are bought with GAMPEONS from Gampeon, Inc. The checkout must identify the actual seller/merchant of record, the buyer's contracting party, price, taxes, applicable platform fees, currency and payment conditions before purchase. The Platform does not promise a particular fee rate in this document. Rates and distribution shares must be shown in the applicable creator dashboard, offer or separately accepted commercial schedule. GAMPEON may charge only the disclosed fees as lawfully agreed.
4. Payouts
Subject to lawful verification and the applicable payment-provider rules, earned balances are payable according to the disclosed schedule, thresholds and currencies. Any reserves, holds, reversals and fees must have a legitimate disclosed basis and be applied proportionately. Suspected fraud, chargebacks, sanctions concerns, legal claims and payment-provider restrictions may justify a lawful hold. Only earned GAMPEONS can be paid out; GAMPEONS bought with money never can. The payout rate, minimum payout, holding period and creator share are shown in the wallet and the payout program before a creator joins, and again with every payout request. GAMPEON does not guarantee revenue, ranking, traffic or sales.
5. Refunds and consumer law
The seller and GAMPEON, as relevant to their actual contractual roles, must honor applicable refund, conformity and consumer-withdrawal rights. Any EU digital-content exception to a withdrawal right applies only where the law's specific conditions, including necessary prior express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation, are actually satisfied. A general “no refunds” label does not override mandatory law. Buyers can withdraw from the purchase of a GAMPEONS package within 14 days, as long as no GAMPEONS from that package have been used. Refunds, chargebacks and verified fraudulent transactions may affect creator balances in accordance with disclosed rules.
6. Taxes and invoicing
Creators are responsible for their own income taxes, invoicing and tax registrations as applicable. GAMPEON and/or the identified merchant of record must comply with any taxes and marketplace reporting duties imposed on their actual activities. The allocation of VAT, GST, sales-tax and consumer invoicing duties must be determined before launch and displayed clearly.
7. IP claims, disputes and suspensions
Creators warrant they have the necessary rights for their offerings. Credible IP reports may lead to temporary restrictions, delisting or removal. GAMPEON may withhold payments only where legally and contractually justified, communicate relevant reasons and offer applicable dispute procedures. Business creators' indemnity obligations in the Creator Platform Terms apply only within their lawful scope. Creators retain ownership of original works subject to granted licenses.
8. Digital items
GAMPEONS are a virtual currency that can only be used on GAMPEON. They are not legal tender or electronic money, cannot be exchanged back for money and cannot be transferred to other users. Digital items, in-experience entitlements and currencies, if introduced, confer only the contractually described usage license. They do not automatically represent legal tender, transferable property or cash-redeemable value. Any expiration, transfer restrictions, cross-game usability and refund conditions must be stated prominently when offered.
9. Termination
Creators can cease selling subject to completion of pending obligations, customer rights and lawful record retention. GAMPEON may suspend monetization for serious violations, risk or legal necessity, subject to applicable notice and appeal rights. Undisputed lawful outstanding earnings remain payable under the published payout rules.
